My company, JC Enterprises Ltd has investment in Cambodia for number of projects such as 7.5MKw Power Station in Phnom Penh (one of four power supplier to Cambodia government in Phnom Penh) and Teak Wood Plantation (187,500 teak trees) which near Kampot City.
Regarding the teakwood plantation,we planted 1250 teak tree per hecter and expected the 1st intermediate cutting is in 2012 with 24 cbm per hecter and the plantation size is 150 hecters, therefore, we estimated 3600cbm wood can be offered to the global market 3 years from now. Besides, 9 years from now which is 12 years planting the tree would be 2nd intermediate lumber quantity is approximate 96cbm per hecter which estimated 14,400cbm in total and final lumber qty in 12 years from now which is 15 years planting which lumber quantity is approximate 25,200 cbm. Please advise you are interested in buying the whole/part plantation or teak wood futures of the 1st harvest 3600cbm? Regards Jones |
