Poplar and Spruce Timber; Ontario, Canada


We have on offer at this present time, Poplar and Spruce timber logs as mixed. The price is US $45/m3

The logs are low grade between 4" - 12" diameter of various lengths, but average around 25ft long. This timber is aprox. 30 years old.

The location is in North Ontario and we can ONLY offer at "free loading from our yard". We do not wish to get involved with overdrawn complicated transactions involving FOB to port or CNF because we believe we are offering our timber at very, very low price compared to other sellers.

To be very honest, I have inquired from another seller of same timber in Vancouver for FOB and they have returned a price of US $110/m3, so in comparison, our price is way below current market value.

We are only interested in serious buyers who want quantities consisting of a minimum of 5000m3 @ us$45 m3 or job lot of 20000 m3 @ us$40 m3.

For this we will need a signed agreement before 14 october 2005 and an agreed collection date of December 1 to December 14 2005.Payments for goods will be made immediately after inspection and before collection by way of TT.

The location of the timer is at 27 Beauvais Road, Moonbeam, Ontario, Canada.
Exact particulars: Parcel 3883 Centre Cochrane, being part of Lot 13, Concession 11, Township of Nansen, Moonbeam, District of Cochrane, designated as Part 1 on Plan 6R-1655 and Parcel 8476 Centre Cochrane, Lot 13 Concession 11, District of Cochrane.

p.s This is a REAL offer as we have the timber on our own land in Ontario, Canada. The timber will be ready cut in December but will be left as logs with bark on them.
