Subject: Offer to supply African Hardwood timber

Dear Sir,
Hope you are fine. You would be happy to know that we are very interested to become your supplier for hard wood swan timber; floor strips form Tanzania if you have any demand. Currently we are interested to build a long term supplier relationship with timber importers, traders, wood product manufacture who has large demand for various hardwood timbers.

We are in a position to export around 5000 m3 hardwood from Dar-es-salaam port every month. We can supply sawn timber/lumber (air dry) in any quantity and also able to supply kiln dry lumber, wood strips (under long term supplier contract).

Please find below the main species we are currently exporting from Tanzania:
1. Panga Panga (MILLETTIA STUHLMANNII)
2. Afromosia ( AFRORMOSIA ANGOLENSIS)
3. Muhama (BERCHEMIA DISCOLOV)
4. African Mahogany(KHAYA NYASICA)
5. Rose wood (SWARTZIA ADAGAENSIS),
6. African black-wood (DALBERGIA MELANOXYLON),
7. African ebony (DIOSPYROS MESPILIFORMIS),
8. African pencil cedar (JUNIPERUSPROCERA),
9. Central African Cedar(CERRELA MEXICANA),
10. East African cypress, Pine and many other Tanzanian origin species.

And Teak (TEKTONA GRANDIS) and other species form Myanmar (natural not plantation, it will be much expensive than African cheap plantation teak).

Length : 2.2 meter plus
Payment terms : 100% LC at sight.
Shipment: within 30 days after receipt of confirmed, irrevocable letter of credit issued by any 1st class bank.
