GERMAN GLOBAL LTD

German Global LTD is a Timber Company set
up in Cameroon With Its head Office In Germany, registered with the profession and operating in strict
observance of the regulation, the environment and the interests of the
village communities. GERMAN GLOBAL LTD has settled in Cameron since
01/07/98 and has been in the timber profession since February 2001, (Decree N?05/CAB/PM of 05/02/01)

Its main activity is the harvesting of logs and also processing of
logs timber into finished products intended for the market overseas
where its principal clients resides.

The company's Head Office is located in Germany and Branch in Mundemba, the
South West Region of Cameroon, where its saw mill is also located.

Since 01/07/01 German Global LTD has also been cutting logs into
finish in the Mundemba sawmill in the South-West region of Cameroon
which remains the property of German Global LTD .

In order to ensure the supplying of its plants, GG LTD has exploited
several sales of Timber LUMBER AND LOGS in partnership with other
companies or in its own name, after obtaining its agreement; this was
carried out in a strict observance of the regulation, the
environment and the interests of the village communities were our
forest is also located.

This would imply in such cases the processing of a certain quality
of timber (from hard to half-hard) in substitution for/in addition to
some traditional species such as ( CIPO,BUBINGA, PADOUK, TALI
, MAHOGANY, AZOBE, BILINGA, WENGE , OKAN, MOABI, SAPELLI, ZINGANA, FRAKE,
MOVINGUI, AYOUS, KOSSO, PACHYLOBA, DOUSSIE, PAU ROSA, AFRICAN MAHOGANY
, etc...)
