Mukobi/ mukono tree planting project is located in Buzira Village, Nsenyi Parish, Kisinga Sub/county, and Kasese District, Uganda with visual area at Nsenyi catholic Parish Headquarters. Water and professional consultancy services are readily available. The family has the skills and knowledge in forestry for it has two graduates in environment and another one in Agriculture and committed casual laborers. Given the closeness of a good market, good consultancy services, it has been possible to plant 10 hectares of eucalyptus grandis, 16 acres of pinus carribaea and 10 acres of pinus patula and it is still possible to manage the proposed 100 hectares of pinus coribaea, 60 hectares of eucalyptus grandis and 55 hectares of Agro forestry species mostly intercropped in Cocoa and Coffee. |
