I represent a client with 189,000 hectares containing over 50 million cubic meters of prime old growth desireable hardwood. Acerage is located in Africa. All requirements and documents are in place and up-to-date. Reforestation program is in place in accordance with the country's law. Transportation is available to anywhere in the world. We will provide both mature logs and lumber. Mahogany, Rosewood, Ebony, Wenge, etc. in hundreds of thousands of cubic meters are available. The company was formed in 2006 and is ready for the next harvesting phase. Present output is relatively small at 5,000 cubic meters/year which we expect to increase to 50,000 cubic meters/year within two years, with a final target of 100,000 cubic meters per year.
