Syktyvkar Plywood Mill is one of the largest producers of big-size plywood and chipboard in Russia. They have been producing high quality chipboard for over 30 years and plywood for more than 20 years. By using their expertise they have established a new chipboard mill some 170km outside of Moscow in a town called Gagarin. This geographical location makes transportation by trucks now possible to all neighbouring Baltic and European countries by reducing delivery time and costs.

In October 2008 the Gagarin Chipboard Mill, http://gfz.su/ , started its first line of production; producing the highest standard of laminated chipboards using the latest Dieffenbacher automated technology and machinery from Germany along with the manufacturing experience and knowledge from Syktyvkar Plywood Mill.
With a production capacity of 400 000 m3 annually and an array of sizes ranging from 3060 x 2080 to 2440 x 1830 in length & width and thicknesses of 6-40mm you would be able to provide your customers with the opportunity to order laminated chipboard of the highest quality of virtually any quantity and size and with a variety of over 20 colours of melamine film to choose from your customers will have no problem catering for their individual needs.
