The supplier needs the following: 1. Letter of Intent indicating the quantity of Iroko to be supplied 2. A Contract Agreement between the seller(supplier) & the buyer - to be signed by both parties when price has been settled 3. A bank guarantee from a first class European Bank guaranteeing the payment of the good to the tune of the quantity to be supplied The payment conditions are as follows: Payment Against Documents, payment by cash transfer within a week of the receipt of full set of original shipping documents (Bill of Lading - 2 copies, Commercial invioces - 3 copies, Certificate of origin, Health Certificate, Clean Certificate of INSPECTION, Packing List - 3 copies) to the suppliers bank. The supplier has given me samples.
