The plywood series includs all kinds of plywood, like LVL, okoume plywood and so on. And we have been exporting high quality MDF, HDF, PB to all over the world. We are also experienced on producing furniture of european, American, Japannese and korean style, and all kinds of board style furniture. The polyester film products are mainly PET products with high strength.
There are 40 plywood production lines including 21 LVL production line (5-8 metres in length), which reach to the advanced standards in the same line. Its capacity can get to 200,000 cubic metres per year. We have explored the construction LVL successfully in 2004. At the same time, a specialized laboratory has been set up, we can check the formaldehyde emission, bonding strenth and moisture. The products are up to the JAS standard. There is a modern painting line for furniture manufacturing. It has the capacity of 160,000 sets of funiture per year. Polyester film has the function of good environmental protection, high tensile strength, good insulation package function, the whole process is automatic, clean and environmental.
The corporation got through ISO 9000 anthentication in 2003, and pursure 6S management method effectively. It has its own import and export right, the products are totally exported to USA, Japan, Korea, Europe, Middle East and other countries.
