We are a trading company located in Jakarta Indonesia. We are importing MDF (medium Density Fibre) board and sell it in local markets. Our Capacity is arround 5 - 8 containers per months.
Our Current MDF import:
E2
Plain MDF 1220 x 2440
2.3 mm (non sanded)
2.5 mm (non sanded)
2.7 mm (non sanded)

Sanded:
9 mm
12 mm
15 mm
18 mm

For 2.3 - 2.7 mm, we can accepts any quality, as long as the surface flat

But for 9 - 18 mm, we need high quality MDF because the MDF will be spray painted. Usually the MDF is produced with european machine. But if you can offer good chinese machine quality, please give me an offer.
As long the MDF is:
1. Light color
2. NOT SMELLY OR STINKY!!
3. density > 720
4. Can be spray painted

PLease quote us the :
1. Price FOB per CBM
2. Freight to Jakarta port (Tanjung Priuk) / 20' container
3. MAXIMUM amount of sheets per 20 foot container (loose packing)
4. The Name of machine used to produce MDF ?(european or chinese)
5. How many thickness we can load to one container?
6. We usually buy 1 x 20 foot, 2 thickness for trial
