Allowance: by thickness ?0/+2mm, by width ?0/+3mm, by length no more than 5 centimeters
Quality: SF (without sorting by brushwood) of fresh saw cut from raw saw log with the following restrictions:
1. 100% without:
wane, log blue stain, wormholes, bark pockets, mechanical damage, fissures, soiling by foreign
bodies, damages of parbuckles.
2. Geometrical requirements comply with State Russian Standard # 8486-86, ripple mustn抰 exceed 0,75mm.
3. Only grown together and sound knurls are permitted. There could be permitted just small and few pockets.
Wood boards are supplied in transportation piles, with layer pads 16-18 mm of thickness per each tier. The distance between layer pads in a tier are about 150cm, pile size-1,15 x 1,15m.
The utmost layer pads must be placed at 8 cm far from the board flanks. One pile has timber materials of the same thickness, width and length. The boards should be trimmed at angle of 90? The piles must have good-tempered end-surface. The piles are tied round with polypropylene strip in the place where the pads are. The piles are placed on the safe base of thickness 50 mm. Bark is not supposed to be on the safe base and the pads.

Sawing: A log is sawed onto 1 carriage. Depending on the log diameter (flat sowing) there are 2, 3 or 4 boards made by sawing 1 carriage.
The quality complies with European standard.
Production quality is high owing to North climatic conditions and high-technology equipment of the plant.
Trees of 60-th parallel have steady annual rings. This has an effect on stress-strain properties of wood, also it is important if to paste timber together the lengthwise and crosswise of fibers.
The substance which sawed wood is treated with is fire-retardant ?antipiren.
