Company "Kubo Forest" Ltd. currently has a joint venture with a fully integrated finger-jointed solid material production facility in Eastern Europe i.e. Estonia. This strategic location allows our operation to obtain superior quality Pine and Spruce Logs with good supply. Our operation has a fully equipped sawmill that produces 100% of our needs. Sawmill allows us to custom saw "A" category 100% Finger-jointed products made out of Pine and Spruce. Our sawmill production rate per month can reach up to 400m3. Currently our office is located in Riga, Latvia, were all our foreign affairs are being dealt.

Our offer to you is the following:
Products: Custom-sawn & Finger-jointed materials from Pine & Spruce
Allowable humidity: 8-14% moisture content (depends on customer needs)
Profile sizes:
- Joint length 20-80 cm
- Maximum width 150 mm
- Maximum thickness 60 mm
Product specification:
- Knot relativity can be adjustable to have more or less knots (knotless material production can be possible)
- Knot maximum allowable size is 35 mm
- Commonly 10 mm fingers are used in finger joints (can be customized)
- Glue "PVAC" or "D4" both in Yellow and White colours (depends on customer needs)
Product quality:
- Products are straight
- No wanes allowed
- No dead knots
- Lumber ends are clearly trimmed
- No knots are allowed in finger-joint area

Delivery terms: FOB / FCA
Delivery time: 1 week to 1 month
Minimum delivery amount: 40 ft container = 50m3
