it have waterproof, moisture proof, fireproof....
the technology parameters is as follow:
1). usage: phenolic resin impregnated paper is widely used for the shuttering plywood, film faced plywood, concrete formwork plywood.
2). size: width: 1255mm (normal). 1274mm(larger).
length: 2480mm(normal). 2540mm(large). or other size as customer's requirement.
3). surface color designs: could be pure colors (black/brown/red/yellow/blue).
or different printings on pure color basis.(with white word or golden word).
4). color: black/brown/red/yellow/blue with/without logo
5). raw base paper: 40gsm, 65gsm, 75-80gsm.
6). ink: domestic &imported water-based ink
7). color fastness to dayligh and UV-CUT more than grade 6.
8). characteristic: 1). eco-friendly ; 2). environment-friendly
3). waterproof & moisture proof ; 4). fire resistance
5). anti-dirt; 6). scratch resistance
7). UV resistance
9). printing effect: surface is with full coating, smooth; texture is clear and vivid.
