? Procedure of wood transaction
1. Seller offer this FCO
2. Buyer reply with LOI, or TTM in Laos and see the wood
3. Buyer and Seller or wood owner meet at the Top Table Meeting to
sign and seal SALES AND PURCHASE AGREEMENT CONTRACT in, Laos PDR.
4. When Buyer go to the bank issues LC CONFIRM 100% TO PAY to seller at THE BANK
in Laos.
5. Seller arrange Rosewood into containers and bring to the ship so that seller may request in advance 3% of total for administration about 10 days.
9. When the commodity arrive in the shipped seaport by reporting the cruising & Security
Company as designed by Buyer and seller,so that Buyer pay for seller 97% of all in amount.
? Transportation抋nd fees
1. Wood seller or owner pay for all related fees from Vietnam
to the named seaport such as exporting taxes , pay for wood moving,pay for wood store at the
Vietnam seaport , pay for the sheep ,pay for the
commodity quality certificate ,pay for the commodity and the security.

2. Buyer responds by him/her self import taxes , and others fees when the
commodity arrives in the named seaport by designing and to Buyer抯 factory.
