Sanming Industrial Science & Technology (Tianjin) CO., LTD was established as a manufacturer and exporter which is specialized in manufacturing and exporting packaging plywood . We have been exporting packaging plywood since 2001 which enables us having almost 12 years of rich experiences in this industry .

We have been closely and harmoniously collaborating in business with several large Japanese packaging material corporations for years . We export over 40,000 CBMs of plywood , LVL ( Laminated Veneer Lumber ) , pallet chip block and other wood based panels per year , most of which are used for packaging purpose . Since the inception , we have been supplying our clients with exceptional services and products in accordance with the principle of strictly controlling the quality and sincerely servicing the client under the trademark of “SUNMING” . After 12 years of scrupulous operation , “SUNMING” which represents our unique characteristics , has acquired good reputations and praises from Japanese market and distributors of packaging plywood . During years of collaboration with Japanese clients , we have been kept improving our QC system and personnel management , laid out strict standards of manufacturing procedures and quality inspection which have constituted a relatively scientific and prudent operational mode and the corporate culture of being responsible to our client .

We pay much attention on inspecting and controlling the quality of the whole major production procedures . From the procurement of raw material of veneer to the pressing of veneers and finally to the delivery , we have specialized and experienced QC staff who strictly control the whole procedures . Most of the chinese plywood exporters and factories could not provide this kind of service . We have laid out elaborate and strict QC standards in accordance with our rich experiences of plywood industry and corresponding professional standard for every production procedure which include : the selection of raw material ; the moisture content of raw material ; the thickness of veneer ; the combination of assembling the veneer ; the preparation and application of the glue ; the formaldehyde emission standard of the glue ; the amount of glue applied on the veneer, the control of hot-pressing time , temperature , pressure ; the control of thickness and layers ; sanding ; coating ; drying time , moisture and tolerance of finished plywood .etc . All of the QC standard could be adjusted according to client’s specified request . Moreover , we paste tracking label printed with company LOGO and production code on every piece of panel for every batch of goods, against which we could swiftly check and find the corresponding order No. , production date , batch No. and date of delivery should we receive any negative feedbacks from our clients . We also take photos of major production procedures , inspecting of goods, loading products into container and delivering for every batch of order, all of which would be sent to our client in time along with the QC and delivery reports as references in order to furnish them with the latest informations of their orders.

We supply 4’ x 8’ and 3’ x 6’ standard plywood ; irregular plywood of various specifications ( 4’ x 7’ , 4’ x 6’ , 4’x 5’ , 3’ x 5’ , 3’ x 4’ ) with different thickness ; LVL (Laminated Veneer Lumber) of various length and thickness within the range of 5000mm*1000mm*120mm ; different compressed and extracted chip pallet block , plywood or LVL wooden pallet .
