Biomass Burner Structure The biomass burner consists of feed mechanism, adjustable fire bed, high temperature splitting chamber, oxygen system and high temperature flue gas output system. Biomass Burner Working Principle 1. Biomass fuel enters into the high temperature splitting chamber through the automatic feeding system. Abundant volatiles separate out of the biomass pellets and burning in the air; 2. Fine particles float in the air and burning instantly under the impact of wind; The larger particles are falling on the hot hire bed, which forms solid combustion; 3. The fuel at last burns completely with the help of oxygen system; After complete combustion, the high temperature smoke injects into boiler burning chamber. It is absorbed when passing the boiler heating surface; and the clean smoke is discharging into the air after processing by the dust removing plant.
Attention 1) The fuel should be pure sawdust biomass pellets, don't use clastic particles or pellets with impurities; 2) It's better to close the duel box cover to prevent waste; 3) When appear biomass fuel block, just use the crabstick to stab, don't use iron wire; 4) After working a period of time, there will appear coking near the fire-spraying mouth. It will affect the running of burner and even damage the burner. So it is necessary to do periodic inspection and decoking.
