The modern furniture constructions include curvilinear component units of different shape. At our enterprise these components are produced through binding the veneer with simultaneous gluing with the help of presses.
Molded-glued items are produced from natural beech veneer. The beech wood is famous for its high-quality, hard wood, resistant to mechanical damage.
Molded-glued items can be used as final products or serve as the base for other products. They can be upholstered by soft materials or fabric. Molded-glued items are the best base for high-quality arm-chairs. We produce molded-glued components of the following dimensions:
- 500x400x8, which are used for the seats in motor vehicles;
- 1600x455x10, 345x760x10 backs and seats of the office furniture;
- round seats and backs, dimension 400x400x18 used for the production of bar chairs, and also flat-glued feedstock of different dimensions.
