Manufacturing process and coating
1. Manufacturing by separating the finger jointing and blanking (making the specified product length),Finger-jointed and kiln dried to provide a straight and stable moulding.
2. Thin gesso primed and waterbase paint 4. Moulding surface is sanded in between, and following the final coat to yield a premium finish.
3. Coating application must be applied equally on all edges and faces of the finished moulding.
4. All surfaces of the moulding following priming will be clear and free of imperfections and defects, resulting in a fit for purpose moulding.
Product Packing/Bundling
1. All mouldings to be packed in mini-bundles secured with tape, within the main pack structure.
2. We can design the packing as to the order size or customized (to be confirmed by customer)
