Specification: Short Cycle Laminating Press (SCP or called melamine line) is used to produce lamination boards (pre-lam). The total line consists unit used from board feeding (sandwich structure loading) to laminating press body, then to unloading unit with board inspection, cooling, sorting and stacking. MMI SCP contains 4?8? 4?9? 5?10? 6?9? and 6?12?7?x 14?and larger models. A common application is the lamination of melamine impregnated paper onto particle boards, MDF boards, or HDF boards. The boards out of this process are commonly known as pre-laminated boards or MFC (melamine faced chipboards) boards.
Melamine faced composites in the SCP Line are used extensively for home and office furniture. Some common applications of the boards are:
Furniture board, Structure mould board, Flooring and Mould door skin. |
