Beypan Direct Printed MDF and CHIPBOARD
Wet finishing or painting lines for solid colour painting had been used for many years on wood-based panels such as hardboard and particleboard. Lately, it was found that MDF with it's smooth and dense surface is equality suitable for wet finishing as well. The printing process is a complementary system of the wet finishing line. Direct Printing is introduced as an extra step between colouring and the protective coat in order to achieve a natural wood grain, or decorative design.
?You can match colour adjustment to other overlay finishes such as melamine and wood veneers.The shining of the surface can be changed according to the requirements and can catch the perfect solution.
?Surface resistance can be adjusted to specified requirements.
?Reverse side of boards are sealed for moisture resistance.
?Both surface colours match each other.
?Produce exact alignment of print / pattern to produce homogenous products of different sizes.
?Coatings are environmentally safe, recyclable and ultrafilterable.
?After the calibration of the surface we use UV coating and we took the gases in the UV ovens and we again calibrate the surface.After this calibration we apply coloured and white coating to the surface with high quality acyrilic and lacquered dyes. All of these operations are made on a single PC and PLC plant continously.
?The surface is resistance against 90-100 temperature heat.
?One side printing does not deformate the shape of the panel.
