Specification: Product Description: North Cal's reclaimed redwood has a rich color, tight grain and
exceptional durability only found in California redwood. Environment, age and years of use have seasoned the wood with a beautifully weathered, silverish-grey patina. Once remilled, the wood reveals a wide range of colors, from deep red hues to warm tans and browns.
New redwood simply does not compare to reclaimed redwood in looks or longevity.
Source: Industrial sites, turn-of-the-century craftsman homes, antique barns, water tanks, wine tanks, salvaged old growth "buckskin" logs.
Species: Sequoia sempervirens.
Colors: Light reddish-tan to medium brown with distinctive grain variation.
Net Dimensions: 11/16" thick x up to 24" width x 2' to 40' long.
Millwork: Surfaced on 4 Sides (S4S), Resawn Rough (RGH), Sand Blasted, Hand Hewn, Circle Sawn, and other Patterns (also available "as-is" with original patina).
Character: Random nail, fastener holes and paint from prior use, or resurfaced.
Grades: Construction Heart & Better and Clear Heart with Heart B Developing.
Finish: Comes unfinished, unless otherwise specified. Custom options available.
