Ensuring that every board is of uniform quality, all flooring planks are processed to be perfectly straight by using highly accurate machines. Moreover, having implemented strict inspection procedures, each operation is conducted in accordance with ISO9001 and ISO14001 standards.
Meanwhile, in order to improve our quality and realize our responsibility towards both customers and the environment, we have removed all toxic chemicals from our manufacturing processes. Instead of using urea formaldehyde or phenol glues, we import safer alternatives from Japan. Furthermore, all lacquers are water-based, and free from harmful ingredients. We can thereby ensure that formaldehyde emission levels fully comply with the relevant European standard and japanese fc0 stipulations.
