Duratex SA is a Brazilian company, today the largest producer of manufactured wood panels in the Southern Hemisphere.
Their structure ensures a production capacity of about 4 million m3/year in PB and MDF, 18.2 million pieces of metal bathroom fixtures and 9.8 million pieces of ceramic bathroom fixtures.
They are the 5th biggest MDF producer in the world with a total of 4 MDF lines in Brazil and Colombia (with 2750 mm width). One of their lines is the largest in the world (capacity of 800.000m3/year).
They own their own forestry, making them self-sufficient in wood supply. The production is 100% certified FSC.
Duratex's MDF has extremely high quality. We supply, as an example, our Premium MDF to ALVIC in Spain and USA for their Luxe range.
We are supplying regularly the UK, Portugal, Spain, France, Italy and the Middle East.


Very good quality MDF with thin and thick thicknesses and MR as well.
For MDF and PB, 3660x1830 and 2800x2070 are not possible (but 2750x2070 yes).
Melamine-faced MDF is possible only in 2750x1840/2100.
The main barrier normally is the high minimum order quantities.
