We introduce ourselves as a company engaged in manufacturing of Ply Boards and treatment and seasoning of timber. We have a Ply board manufacturing factory and a timber processing factory at Shenbagaramanputhur in Kanyakumari District. We are carrying out the activity of chemical preservation of timber against fungus, borer and termites and kiln seasoning, mainly Rubberwood (Hevea Brasiliensis). Hevea was identified as an important source of timber, in replacing the highly scarce environmental resource and very expensive tropical forest hardwood timbers like Teak and Rosewood.

BOROTIK is a brand name for Boron impregnated kiln dried plantation timber (Hevea Brasiliensis) manufactured by us. Although there are several small scale and couple of medium scale units in India, involved in treatment and seasoning of rubberwood, we are a pioneer in this field. We have been successfully selling treated and seasoned rubberwood under the brand name of 揃OROTIK?throughout India. We have specifically given a brand name, BOROTIK, to our product because there are several treatment chemicals and preservation as well as seasoning techniques adopted by the various companies in India, whereas we have opted for latest and best technology and equipment offered by Danish wood Treating Company, Denmark. They are pioneers in developing special technology and highly sophisticated computerized system and equipment for OPM method of impregnation and vacuum timber drying exclusively for rubberwood. BOROTIK is made by impregnation with Boron chemicals to a loading level as accepted by Indian and International standards of wood preservation and Vacuum seasoned to 10-12% moisture content. BOROTIK is highly recommended for interior applications.

BOROTIK has attractive light colour, light density, easy workability, good nailing and screwing properties which make it suitable for number of uses such as for Furniture, Floorings, Turnery Items, Kitchen Cabinet and Cupboard Shutters, Shelves among other items. It can also be used for mouldings, panelling, beading, skirting, edging and framework for cabins, dividers, etc.

We are offering BOROTIK in RSKD (Rough Sawn Kiln Dried) in standard sizes. Apart from this, we also offer products as below:-

2) Edge glued lumber Boards (FJEGP Boards)
3) Tongue and groove strip flooring for homes, offices and sports area.
4) Wall paneling,Partition and work station panels

Here we would like to give a little explanation about the Finger Joint Edge Glued Product. In an effort to better utilize plantation timbers, which, like rubberwood, are essentially small girth log and dimensionally not very stable like forest timbers, techniques for finger jointing to increase the length and edge glue to make wider boards was developed. High performance adhesives of D3 and D4 standards are used and small size timber is successfully finger jointed to make long lengths and edge glued to make wider planks. Since these are made on Automatic German machines using carbide cutters and the glues are of D3 and D4 standard, the glue joints are guaranteed for fail safe and water resistant qualities.

The above products are normally offered, duly machined and sanded wherever necessary. However against specific orders, we can also supply pre-finished (polished) using NC or PU lacquers. BOROTIK has a natural light creamish colour and therefore absorbs stains and any polish or paint very uniformly. BOROTIK can be very easily finished to any colour wood like rosewood, walnut or teak or left with its natural light colour, which resembles white Cedar Ash or Maple.


We are also manufacturing finger jointed and edge glued solid lumber panel boards of thickness 12,15,18,24,32 mm. The standard size of board is 8?x 4?in three different grades namely Supreme, Deluxe, and Regular.

Supreme: Both sides of boards are free from any minor timber defects. (Grade AA)

Deluxe: One side will be clear and the other side will be having minor timber defects namely tapping marks. (Grade AB)

Regular: Both sides will be having minor timber defects. (Grade BB).
