we avoid to have a big quantity in Dar es salaam due to the storage charges

our procedure option 1:


1) Seller issue FCO.

2) Buyer issue LOI

3) Buyer sign stamp the FCO and send it back to us.

4) Seller sends the Contract draft to the buyer..

5) Buyer signs it, stamp it and send it back to us.

6) Seller sends to the buyer the Contract once more but as original copy on our company head letter via express mail. The buyer signs the two copies and sends us via express mail our copy.

7) the buyer is welcome in Dar es salaam to verify the existence of the goods and authenticate the documents of the goods if ok,

8)Buyer will pay a commitment fees which amount will allow the seller to pay only the legitimate local charges(shipping cost) directly to the Tanzania authority through our clearing and forwarders agent to allow him to clear the goods, change the ownership to buyer name and complete the shipment

. Which amount will be deducted from our final invoice

9)For the balance THE BUYER ISSUES A OPERATIVE LETTER OF CREDIT COMFIRMED IRREVOCABLE, UNTRANSFERIBLE AT SIGHT.



10) We will do SGS or equivalent before loading at seller cost

11) Seller will give a collateral as guarantee against the commitment fees



.inspection

we will do SGS at Dar es salaam at seller cost and we accept SGS or CIQ at destination at buyer cost
