Our company, PT. Tulus Tri Tunggal is one of the biggest wooden door
manufacturer in Indonesia. Our factory is built on 136,000 SQM of land and
66,500 SQM of building, with the ability to produce 15,000 solid
engineering doors/month + 8,000 Moulded and Flush Doors/month or approx. a
total of 58x20' container. We have already exported our doors to many
countries. (Australia, Korea, UAE, USA, UK, Eastern Europe, Japan, etc.).
We have a range of high quality production machineries (Italpresse:
Membrane Press, DMC & Butfering: Master Sander, High Point: Bevel Re saw,
Marunaka: Veneer Slicer, JOSS: Hot Press, Casati: Guilottine, SCM: Moulding
Machine& D. End Tenoner), Tenon mortizer machine to make precise door
mechanism holes. We also have our own Saw Mill, Veneer Slicer, and 22 Kiln
Dry Chambers as to monitor and guarantee the quality. All this is backed up
with abundant stock of log and sawn timber materials.
