Our company loves wood. Streit Sawmill is located in one of the most beautiful areas of Germany – in the middle of the Black Forest where the environment is still healthy and intact.
The company, founded in 1865, is now in the hands of the fifth generation of my family. Today, 70 high qualified employees (most of them with long experience) work for our numerous customers.
Due to 360.000 cubic metres yearly cut, Streit Sawmill is one of the biggest woodworking organizations in Baden-Württemberg. Powerful enough to deal professionally with bulk orders in the required time and quality, but also flexible enough to carry out individual customer’s requests.
We are in close contact with our customers and work exactly according to their requirements.
Our lumber products are mainly marketed in Europe, but also overseas, our wood sells well.
