Our Procedures

Buyer place order minimum 50 m3 with LOI / ICPO
Seller confirmed order
Seller issue Letter of Invitation free for new buyers
Buyer visit to see seller site and capability .
Note : Buyer must make a programme to pay 30-50 % deposit after visit the seller .

Buyer issue contract
Seller issue proforma invoice seal & sign
Buyer do TT 30 -50 % against proforma Invoice depending on the species of wood buyers want to purchase .
Seller confirmed TT / Deposit
Shipment commence according to contract instruction

Do note that COGETRAC Group prefer Delmas or SDV Getma as shipping company .

Cogetrac do not deal with agents / brokers .

Sapelli ,Tali ,Padouk ,Doussie ,Iroko ,Wenge ,Okan ,We produce FAS /A/D & K/D according to buyers order .

Do not that we are Gabonese ,We have our quota to ship logs & lumber direct to buyer with out SNBG authority ,Again We only ship Okoume Through SNBG .

Inspection at buyers cost ,As SGS is not working in Gabon we do work with Variates or local inspection ,Incase buyers need SGS certificate we can still work out with SGS Cameroon at buyers cost .
