The old company was Naluang sawmill, established in 1994. Then moved to out side of town 2004, namely Khokchong Lumber Mill. We have been producing ~1200m3/year of rare hardwoods for export, like 200-500 years old afzelia, pterocarpus (diameter 40' to 160') and 30-50 year plantation teak. Specification is cut into planks, slabs, table tops, sized 2'...8' x 15'...50' x 40'...120'. For teak, is square sawn timber 40'...120' long. Price in Laos_Thailand border $1200...$3000/m3, varied upon sizes. For teak is $1000-$1500/m3.
