Procopiak Compensados e Embalagens S/A is a pioneer in pine plywood production, exporting its products to the European market since 1942. The company has a wide tradition and notorious recognition for its products quality.
It also produces pine and eucalyptus sawn wood for export and local market as well as wirebound crates and industrial wood boxes. Currently the firm has two industrial plants, the main one located in Canoinhas (northern region of Santa Catarina state) and a branch located in Cruz Machado (Parana state). 100% of the timber industrialized by PROCOPIAK comes from its own forests. The company began its reforestation activity in 1964 and currently manages about 6000 ha of pine and eucalyptus forests from 1 to 40 years of age. This effort upholds its industrial activity sustaining the company抯 growth for the future. |
