First of all we would like to introduce ourselves, we are a manufacturer located in Vietnam, specializing in producing wooden floorings and wooden panels. Our products are now mainly exported to EU, Japan, Taiwan, Korea with attractive and competitive price.

Our main products are made from many beautiful materials of Laos pine, Vietnam Pine, Acacia, Oak, Beech, Pyinkado, Pomu (Hynoki), Takkyan ( Asian Walnut ), Narra Padauk, Keruing, Aleurites Montara-Willd ...with wide range of products from Solid flooring, Finger joint (UNI) flooring, Finger Joint Laminate flooring(FJL), Engineered flooring, Bangkirai/Keruing decking, Acacia decking tile and Vietnam Pine/Aleurites Montare-Willd Finger Joint/Finger Joint Laminate Panel, Scantling.

1. Wooden floorings:
1.1 Size:
Thickness: 14/15/18 mm
Width: 75/90/120/150 mm
Length: 450/600/750/900/1050/1200/1500/1820mm
1.2 Quality:
A - Grade: The face shall be practically free of defects- no sap wood/ no heart wood/ no blue stain/ and no crack. A grade admits some small healthy knots with a max diameter of 5.4 mm, with an allowance of 2 knots every running meter for 90mm wide and below. 3 knots are allowed for 120 mm wide and above. Uniform color with small limited character marks.

B - Grade: The face may contain small streaks, burls, slight imperfections, black lines, black colored knots and tight knots which do not exceed 2.45mm, with an allowance of 4 knots every running meter for 90mm wide and below. 6 knots are allowed for 120 mm wide and above. Knots should be repaired. In principle, free of sapwood. More color variation allowed within the parcel.

C - Grade: The face may contain sapwood, big streaks, burls, imperfections, and knots which do not exceed 3.54mm in diameter. No pin worm hole is allowed. C grade allows colored repaired knots. Sapwood is allowed for max 30% of the width and 30% of the height. Sapwood should be repaired.

- Less than 2mm bending over 1000mm running meter Cupping is not allowed.
- Tolerance on length: +/- 1 mm
- Tolerance on thickness: +/- 0.1mm (15 thick and less), +/- 0.2mm ( 18 thick and less )
- Wood species: White/Red Oak, Pyinkado, Narra Padauk, Taukkyan, Hinoki, Laos Pine
- Packing: Nylon, Carton and Pallet
1.3 Engineered Flooring:
- Size:
Thickness: mm14/15/18 (veneered layer thickness: 2-5mm)

Length: mm450 ?1200 (Interval: 150mm)
- The top layer is made from natural wood such as: White Oak/Red Oak from America/EU, Karrin from Laos.
- The core is made from Acacia laminate/finger joint laminate, plywood.
- The surface is no defects, no crack, uniform color and grain, the aesthetic level.
- The bottom layer is smooth, allows few defects: pinworm holes, dead knots.
- Engineered Floorings is coated with UV paint, water resistant, reduce bending and twisting of wood.

2. Decking
- Size:
Thickness: 20/30mm
Width: 105/110/120
Length: 1500/2000/2700/3000mm
- Grade A. One side is free of defects. No crack, no cupping, no knot, no blue stain, no sapwood, no pinhole. One face grooves for non slip protection, Pencil round chamfer the long corner.
- KD: below 25%
- Wood species: Bangkirai Yellow Balau ), Keruing (Apitong)
- Packing: Pallet

3. Finger Joint Panel (FJL Board) and Laminating Panel
- Size:
Thickness: 18/24/30/40 mm
Width: 300/610/915/1220 mm
Length: 1220/2440/3640/4200/4500 mm
- KD: 12%
- Grade A: No crack, no pinhole, no blue stain, no knot, lamella width from 30- 45mm
- Grade B, C: No crack, no pin hole, blue stain are allowed, knot allowed to be repaired.
- Wood species: Vietnam Pine, Acacia, Pomu (Hinoki), European pine, Aleurites Montara-Willd.
- Packing: Nylon and Pallet

4. Three layers window scantling ( 3 layers )
- Size : 63/72mm x 86mm x 2500-4500mm
- KD : 12%
- Grade A : No crack, no pinhole, no blue stain, no knot, lamella width 45mm
- Grade B, C : No crack, no pinhole, blue stain are allowed, knot allowed to be repaired, lamella width 40-45 mm
- Wood species : Vietnam Pine, Acacia, Pomu, Oak
- Packing: Nylon, Carton and Pallet
5. Acacia decking tile
- Size: 24mmx450/500/1000x450/500/1000 ( T x W x L)
- Size of Lamella : 12mmx45/50/100x450/500/1000 ( T x W x L)
- Structure : Acacia decking tile is made from 9 surfaced lamellas and 3 bottom lamellas and are matched to each other with glue, screws and nails.
- KD: 8-12%
- Quality:
5.1 .Surface quality:
- A side is the front view of the product. B side is the side view of the product. C side is the bottom side view of the product.
- Sapwood is not allowed on the A and B side .
- Diameter of dead knots on the side A and B is not exceeded 10mm. Dead knot on C side is not over 25 mm.
- All dead knots are fill out with pasta ( wood flour mixed with glued ), same color with product's color.
- No rotten, decay, blue stain, no bowing.
5.2 Processing quality:
- Allowed tolerance for lamellas in width and thickness: +/-0.1mm.
- Product's surface must be treated with sandpaper, to be clean and clear and polished with oil.
- All lamellas must be bevel edge with radius of 2 mm.
