Founded 1997 in Indonesia under European ownership, we started as a pioneer in the development of luxury, engineered prefabricated houses.

Our core factory for wooden prefabricated houses is set up for the production of structural, framing and trim components, as well as the prefabrication of entire structures.

Using this system we have completed projects for luxury hotels, public facilities, restaurants and custom residences in some of the most challenging physical and building code environments in the world.

In addition to prefabricated houses, we have developed several direct partnerships with major Indonesian factories specializing in finish building components.
