Limited liability company Hansa Silvesters was created March 13, 2001.

Company has developed very fast during these five years and has kept high on the agenda in Latvia forest sector. Hansa Silvesters Ltd has purchased and managed privately ?owned forest areas so providing wood processing companies in Latvia with wood resources and has expanded the sphere of activities by cooperating with State Joint Stock Company "Latvijas valsts me瀒" and by developing cooperation with foreign countries.

Hansa Silvesters Ltd is also represented in the most important forest sector association in Latvia ?Latvia Wood Export Association (Latvijas Kokmateriālu eksportētāju asociācija), which bands together all largest forest sector companies in Latvia.

Hansa Silvesters Ltd is a member of Land and Forest Owners Union of Latvia (Latvijas me瀠 un zemes īpa歯ieku apvienība) and Latvia Private Forest Union (Latvijas Me瀉 Īpa歯ieku biedrība).
