Company KUBO FOREST Ltd. currently has a joint venture with a fully integrated Finger-jointed and Solid material production facility in Eastern Europe i.e. Estonia. This strategic location allows us to import superior quality supply materials (Pine and Spruce) for manufacturing from the depths of Russian federation forests. Our production facility is able to keep up with permanent i.e. weekly production of Finger-jointed and Solid products for our customers. Our production rate can reach up to 1000 m^3 per month. Currently our office is located in Riga, Latvia, were all our foreign affairs are being dealt.

Our offer to you is FJ and/or SOLID materials from Pine (Pinus sylvestris; Pinus sibirica) & Spruce (Picea abies):

For example:
32 x 75 x 6000 mm is raw sawn plank size. We produce kiln-dried SOLID material from this raw sawn plank standard size, therefore end-size for SOLID product is calculated

in the following way:
1. When doing 8 ?14% kiln-drying?subtract -5% from raw sawn plank size.
2. When milling subtract -2 mm OR -2.5 mm for each planed side.
In conclusion, SOLID product end-size would be?25 x 67 mm OR 27 x 68 mm.

Allowable humidity: 8 ?14% moisture content (depends on customer needs)

Kiln-dried material profile sizes:
- Thickness (19 ?95 mm)
- Width (67 ?170 mm)
- Length (2000 ?6100 mm)
- Joint length (200 ?800 mm)
- Produced material layers (1)

Product specification:
- Knot relativity can be adjustable to have more or less knots (knotless material production is possible)
- Knot maximum allowable size is 45 mm
- 10 mm fingers used in finger-joints
- Glue PVAC or D4 both in yellow and white colours (depends on customer needs)

Product quality:
- Milling: S4S, S3S or S2S
- Products are straight
- No wanes allowed
- No dead knots
- No knots allowed in finger-joint area
- Lumber ends are clearly trimmed
