During many such sales visits to furniture manufacturing units, possessing latest and expensive European machineries, we noticed that glue spreading was done in the least efficient method by cheap plastic glue spreaders or worst still by a baker’s scrapper.
The knowledge of glue application and Glue Audit simply did not exist in these companies. The losses incurred by applying excess costly glue, which eventually resulted in air bubbles and weak adhesion was grossly ignored.
This triggered our team and motivated them to develop a world class glue spreader, with user comfort features, 100% efficient uniform glue spreading, long service life and value for money.

• HANFAS Glue Spreader 200mm is currently available in two variants. The tank is made from thin-walled aluminium die casting technology, making it extremely light in weight.
• Large size 8” roller gives more coverage, enabling fast delivery commitments and large size 1.5litres capacity tank reduces refilling time, in both cases saving precious time and labour costs.
• To prevent the glue from tipping over the container should not be filled more than 70% of its capacity. Glue flow can be controlled just by the flip of the lever.
• It is widely used for gluing operations in furniture factories, wood board factories, carton factories, photo studios, etc.
