USM is a modern sawmill with capacity 300 000 m3 / year consisting of :
- Log sorting line with metal-detector and a 3D Limab scanner and 38 sorting bins - Sæderhamns Cambio debarking line, 2-chip-reducers and 12 bandsaws in 4 groups, 2 edging lines with Finscan optimization - Green sorting line with 28 sorting bins for sideboards and 12 sorting bins for centerboards and a Heinola Sticker-Stacker - rail-fed 100% under-roof Valutec stainless steel kiln-dryers - dry sorting line with Lisker Profigrade camera grading unit, 48 sorting bins and a Heinola packaging line - 5000m2 under-roof storage for higher-grades products, lower grade products shelter-warehouse storage We will be able to offer high-quality redwood products in most standard dimensions : Sideboards in 19x75/100/125mm 25x75/100/125/150/175/200/225/250mm Centerboards in 50x100/115/125/138/150/175/200/225/250mm |
