XIAMEN C&D INC. (Stock code: 600153) is a modern service oriented enterprise mainly specialized in supply chain operation and real estate development. Its business can be traced back to 1980. With the sole sponsorship of XIAMEN C&D GROUP CORPORATION LTD, XIAMEN C&D INC. was founded and listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange, in June 1998.
For over 10 consecutive years since then, the Company has scored rapid development, with the revenue of its core businesses, the net profit, the net assets and other major economic indicators experiencing about 30% annual growth. As the end of 2012, the Company's present total assets and net assets are in excess of RMB 61.08 billion Yuan and 12.96 billion Yuan respectively. Its annual operating revenue reached 91.17 billion Yuan in 2012. The Company ranked No.57 among China's Top 500 Listed Companies of the year 2012 and No.1 of Fujian Provincial Top 100 Enterprises for many years running.
