We at Eco Wood Traders in Costa Rica have been exporting teak and brokering teak farms (both lumber only and also complete with land), teak log exportation and local teak buy ?sell deals over the last two to three years in Costa Rica under the name of Eco Wood Traders. We are the principles of this company and have over 50 years of combined Costa Rica business experience.

Our company has used these last two to three years of boots-on-the-ground work as a feasibility study for the exportation of teak as logs or cut and dried lumber and a complete market study.

This correspondence is to gauge your interest level in purchasing SELECT and standard teak wood from Costa Rica beginning in December, 2011. We would also be grateful for any response that contained relevant market observations.

We will act as a broker if you desire to actually purchase the land and trees of an existing plantation.
We will also act as your consultant and facilitator and management entity if you decide to buy a plantation (land and trees) or buy raw land and plant out a plantation.
